Position: Full-Time Staff Member
Location: NW10 7XR
Availability: 4-5 days a week, including weekends
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a reliable, enthusiastic individual with a background in customer service or hospitality. If you love working with people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and have an interest in gaming, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities Include:
• Greeting customers with a smile as soon as they enter the venue, making them feel welcome.
• Assisting guests with PlayStation setups and ensuring they have a great gaming experience.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Regularly checking on customers every few minutes to see if they need anything or want to place an order.
• Operating the till/bar to take payments accurately.
• Preparing light snacks such as sandwiches and serving hot drinks.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe environment at all times.
• Handling basic operations, including booking, inquiries, and light troubleshooting.
