The Assistant Bar Manager will support the day to day management of two outlets – all with progressive offers catering to the needs of our guests. They will help ensure that our 70 strong team delivers the highest level of service for up to 6,000 visitors per day. The Assistant Bar Manager will need to be highly hands on across service and team training, truly leading by example on the floor. The ideal candidate must have experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or proven Senior Bartender/Bar Supervisor within high volume, wet led operations. Experience in high footfall environments is essential; high end experience is highly desirable, and high rise or landmark venues would be a bonus.
