Senior Care Assistant

Accountable to: Deputy Manager / Home Manager

Accountable for: Support Workers, Volunteers, Activity Co-ordinators

Hours of Work: Flexible, including, days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Role: As a Senior Support worker at Hatzfeld Care Ltd, you are entrusted and required to ensure that the highest standard of quality care is provided to all service users residing at the home. Leading the team to provide a respectful, dignified service, upholding rights, choices and privacy. It is your duty to ensure all staff work in ways which enable our service users to enjoy the best possible quality of life. Working in partnership with other seniors, managers, staff and service users, to carry out your assigned duties effectively. Maintaining knowledge and upskilling yourself to enable you to continuously demonstrate best practice and lead by example, upholding regulatory frameworks and investing in developing your teams to become an outstanding workforce.
