Order Coordination: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow. Transactions: Handle bills and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Cleanliness: Uphold high standards of cleanliness across all guest-facing areas. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Progression to Lead Waiter/Waitress: Consistently deliver high-level service and demonstrate deep product knowledge. Show leadership through communication, problem-solving, and initiative.
