Tracking of learner outcomes/tutor and coach submissions, liaison with awarding bodies and supporting/hosting EQA visits. Conduct a range of progress and support initiatives within programmes and also undertake observations of teaching and learning linked to the learner journey, ensuring specific measurable targets are set and tracked to completion. Plan and conduct staff training sessions as appropriate, to meet the needs of the business and to drive quality improvement. Ensure compliance to assessment and verification procedures, including exam invigilation processes. Conduct audit checks of assessment processes at all identified sites. Requirements: TAQA or V1 Qualification. Level 2 (minimum) literacy and numeracy skills. QTLS status. Experience dealing with Awarding bodies and hosting External visits. Experience of teaching and/or assessing in the FE sector to a high standard.
