Lift Project Manager New Lift Installations | Lift Industry Location: London, United Kingdom Salary: £65,000–£70,000 Benefits: Bonus | Monthly Car Allowance | 34 Days Holiday | Private Pension | Health & Wellbeing Plan | Life Insurance (4x Salary) Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Lift Project Manager to lead new lift installation projects across London. This is an opportunity to join a global lift engineering leader delivering major commercial, residential and infrastructure developments throughout the capital. Commutable from: London, Kent, Essex, Surrey, Camden, Hackney, Brixton, Edmonton, Ealing, Bromley, Slough, Watford, Enfield, Orpington About the Lift Project Manager Role End-to-end responsibility for new lift installation projects from contract award to final handover Managing multiple concurrent new installation sites across London Full ownership of the programme, cost control, quality and safety performance Delivery of new lift installations within commercial, residential and mixed-use developments Working closely with main contractors, developers and consultants Key Responsibilities: Lift Project Manager Deliver new installation projects to programme, budget, quality and safety targets Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and practical completion Ensure full compliance with CDM, HSE and RAMS requirements Coordinate installation engineers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers Attend site progress meetings with main contractors and clients Manage lifting operations, logistics planning and temporary works Control costs, forecasting and reporting with commercial support Maintain project documentation, progress reporting and stakeholder communication Manage snagging, defects and final account close-out Build strong working relationships with clients to support repeat business What We’re Looking For: Lift Project Manager 3 + years of experience managing lift projects Proven track record in managing multiple project sites simultaneously Strong understanding of construction site processes Demonstrable experience delivering projects from pre-start through to handover Construction or project management qualifications preferred SMSTS (essential), Temporary Works Coordinator and lifting competency desirable Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability Apply to this Lift Project Manager position: For a confidential conversation, call (phone number removed) (Monday–Friday) Ping us your CV by email At Marmon Lift Recruitment, we focus on understanding what matters most to you and representing your best interests throughout the recruitment process
