People genuinely enjoy working there and it shows!\n\nThe Role\n\nThis is a highly varied position supporting the Finance & Operations Director across a wide range of responsibilities.\n\nYou'll be involved in:\n\nSupporting with invoicing and billing processes\nAssisting with payment checks and finance administration\nHelping investigate and resolve difficult billing queries\nSupporting the Credit Control team\nPayroll and pension administration support\nReviewing internal processes and identifying improvements\nSupporting with reporting and documentation\nAssisting with operational and administrative tasks across the business\nSupporting with employee administration and HR-related processes\nGeneral business support and coordination \n\nThis would really suit someone who enjoys being relied upon and becoming a key person within a business.\n\nWhat They're Looking For\n\nPrevious finance/accounts experience is essential (Ideally AAT or above)\nSomeone highly organised with exceptional attention to detail\nComfortable handling numbers, checks and financial processes\nConfident dealing with complex queries and problem-solving\nA proactive and adaptable mindset\nSomeone trustworthy, professional and discreet\nStrong communication skills and a team-focused attitude\nSomeone who enjoys variety and getting involved beyond just finance \n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who wants a role where they can genuinely become integral to a business, whilst still utilising their finance knowledge in a much broader and more varied environment.\n\nIf this sounds like the kind of opportunity you've been looking for, I'd love to speak with you further.\n\nThink Accountancy and Finance is the finance division of Think Specialist Recruitment, an independent recruitment agency based in Hemel Hempstead and working across the Herts, Beds and Bucks area.
