Whilst no day will be the same in this role, responsibilities will include: • Supporting the effective running of the home by providing support to the home management team., • Welcoming visitors and residents to the home, dealing with enquiries and managing correspondence., • Maintaining employee records and personnel files including starters and leavers., • Assisting with the preparation of employee payroll, • Processing and preparing residents admissions and discharges as well and funding and contractual paperwork. Ideally you will be an experienced administrator in a care home or similar setting. You will be supported with a thorough induction and training programme to develop your skills, along with the guidance of a well-established team, who will truly value and support you.
