If you are a proactive, solution-focused individual who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, maximising commercial results working with agents and distributors in the territory, this could be the right opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: • Establish and manage relationships with agents, distributors and key accounts., • Understand each customer's unique needs and requirements., • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and maximise growth opportunities., • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow the wholesale market., • Identify new business opportunities through market and industry insights., • Coordinate with agencies operating within relevant markets to develop targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations tailored to their market., • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities., • Analyse sales performance data, market feedback, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth., • Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance, forecasts, and effective orderbook management. Qualifications and Skills: • At least one year's relevant experience, • Ability to travel overseas, • A passion for the Lyle & Scott brand, • Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic planning and interpersonal skills., • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners., • Able to work from our Camden office, Monday-Thursday, • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills., • Mid-level Microsoft Excel skills, • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
