Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a leading infrastructure organisation to recruit an experienced HSQE Advisor. This is a hybrid role, supporting projects across the Central Belt, covering the area from Falkirk through to Perth. As a Regional HSQE Advisor, you will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance across a range of projects. You will provide hands-on support to site teams, ensuring safe working practices and adherence to regulatory requirements. In this key position, your responsibilities will include: • Supporting the HSQE Lead in driving a positive and proactive HSQE culture across all sites., • Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on HSQE performance and compliance., • Conducting thorough accident and incident investigations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively., • Providing clear guidance to project teams to enhance safety awareness and operational best practice., • Identifying risks and recommending improvements to continuously strengthen HSQE standards. We are seeking a motivated professional who can confidently influence, advise, and support site teams. The ideal candidate will bring: • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH Diploma (essential)., • Proven experience in a similar HSQE role, ideally within construction or infrastructure environments., • Strong background in accident investigation and root cause analysis., • Ability to build rapport with Site Managers and team members, promoting a positive safety culture., • Excellent IT abilities and strong reporting skills., • Clear and confident communication skills at all levels., • Ability to work independently with sound judgement and initiative., • A proactive mindset, capable of anticipating future risk based on work pipelines., • High levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail., • Experience delivering training, toolbox talks, or educational HSQE initiatives.
