POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused GTM (Go-To-Market) Sales & Events Operations Manager to drive scalable growth initiatives and optimize revenue operations. This role will sit within the new business & growth division to support design, operationalise, and refine go-to-market strategies while enabling new business acquisition and expansion. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, combines analytical rigor with strong cross-functional collaboration, and can turn strategy into measurable execution. The role requires a passion for luxury beauty, an understanding of premium business expectations across omni sector, including clinical, dental, spa and salon trade & wholesale partners. This role is a 9 month fixed term contract. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution • Partner with leadership to develop and execute GTM strategies for new brands, products, market segments and geographies., • Support definition of target segments and value propositions., • Support build of launch plans including messaging, pricing alignment, enablement, and KPIs., • Track performance and optimize GTM motions based on data insights., • Maintain a deep understanding of industry and market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics. New Business Operations • Design and streamline new customer acquisition workflows., • Develop forecasting models and pipeline analytics., • Monitor funnel metrics and identify bottlenecks., • Implement scalable processes to support outbound, inbound, and partner channels., • Deliver an excellent customer journey that is consistent and evolving to best suit the needs of the partner and the business., • Assist with onboarding & training pathway for new partners., • Discovery days & NB events management EVENTS management / COORDINATION • Monitor & maintain the Harpar Grace International events calendar, • Maintain a gant for all events showing milestones and deliverables, dates as overview, • Plan & manage Event budgets and invoicing, • Manage all inventory & supervise inbound & outbound logistics, • Hold status update meetings with key stakeholders involved in the event., • Ensure all suppliers involved in events are insured and appropriate documentation collated as per venues request., • Direct end to end planning and delivery of all events including trade exhibitions., • Maintain scoping documents for each event type. Use as a bible and consistent deployment framework for the planning through to the delivery of events., • Hold de-brief meetings following each event type to round up what went well and what our learnings are for the next one., • Ensure the team attending the events have all the correct brochures, stock, consumables and briefings needed to excel at their event., • Ensure marketing are maximising each event through pre, during & post communications Revenue & Performance Analytics • Own dashboards and reporting frameworks across new business & growth division., • Analyse CAC, LTV, conversion rates, win rates, and sales cycle performance., • Provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decisions., • Support the sales team with reporting on incoming leads and online masterclass registrations., • Business Activation Managers pipelines and comms, • Analyse sales performance data, develop actionable insights, and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth. Cross-Functional Alignment • Align Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Activation teams on new business targets., • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to coordinate sales efforts and support broader business objectives., • Lead enablement initiatives for new launches and campaigns., • Lead gen campaigns & ROI, • Manage vendor and tooling ecosystem (CRM, automation, enrichment tools)., • Manage CRM across the Sales Team to ensure New Business conversion and efficiencies., • Use social media platforms, according to company guidelines to engage partners and deliver key business messaging. Process & Systems Optimization • Own CRM integrity and sales process optimization., • Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency., • Create SOPs and documentation for repeatable growth motions., • Lead special projects related to expansion, partnerships, and market entry. EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA • Proven remote sales management experience and account management, preferably in the Skincare/Aesthetic industry along with track record of over-achieving targets., • Project Management experience., • Proven experience in Event Management covering the full lifecycle of an event, from initial concept to post-event analysis., • Previous experience managing databases and using CRM systems., • Ability to work confidently with databases., • Confident with power point, outlook and a minimum of intermediate user of excel., • Experience in improving internal processes to maximize customer satisfaction & business needs, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence customers, team members, and other stakeholders, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency, meeting (and exceeding) sales targets and deadlines, • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to develop insights and improve performance, • Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools (e.g. Prospect) is an asset ABOUT THE COMPANY AND BRAND Harpar Grace International is a privately owned, entrepreneurial, dynamic and passionate company founded in 2013, specialising in the development, distribution and management of luxury, cosmeceutical, spa and retail brands.
