Indirect Procurement Specialist (Services) Location - Birmingham Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits + £6,000 Car Allowance + Training & Progression About the Role and Business: This industry-leading manufacturer is seeking a talented Category Buyer with expertise in Indirect Procurement categories—including IT, HR, and Factory Services. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for: • Engaging and managing supplier relationships, • Supporting contract negotiations, tenders, and RFIs, • Driving the implementation of supplier agreements If you're looking to make an impact with a well-established company known for innovation and quality, this is your opportunity. Your Key Responsibilities • Support the Procurement Manager/Head of Procurement in preparing RFIs, RFQs, and ITT documents, • Source new suppliers and materials to support business growth and innovation, • Negotiate and implement supplier agreements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards, • Lead and support tendering processes across key spend areas, • Contribute to the development and execution of category plans About You You’ll bring demonstrable experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on supplier selection, contract negotiation, and tender management. You're ambitious, eager to learn, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
