The Supervisor Plus role is new to Butlin's and presents an amazing opportunity. This individual will be the main point of contact for team during their working day and the individual ensuring that standards are checked and compliance is high across the department. They are the hands on operational driver of success. Reporting to the Manager, the Supervisor Plus will ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring that relevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team and that team are in the right place at the right time to ensure we can manage fluctuating guest demand whilst keeping operational standards and guest experience high. The Supervisor Plus will cover accommodation primarily on our intake days on Monday and Friday and will work flexibly across departments where needed for the remainder of the week, focusing attentions where we need to ensure standards are high and our that our guests receive an amazing experience. The Monday and Friday requirement in accommodation is the minimum, but the Supervisor Plus may support outside of these days based on operational requirements. Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Holiday Resort | High-Volume Hospitality Operation Box Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK holiday resort operator for an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join their busy and diverse Food & Beverage operation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality manager who loves being operational, enjoys developing teams and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working across a variety of food and beverage outlets, you'll support the wider management team in delivering fantastic guest experiences while ensuring strong operational, commercial and service standards. The Role As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the resort's F&B operation. You'll be highly visible across the venues, supporting managers and team members during busy periods and helping ensure every outlet delivers consistently high standards. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the day-to-day management of busy food and beverage operations. Leading, motivating and developing teams to deliver excellent guest service. Providing hands-on operational support during peak service periods. Supporting managers with rotas, labour planning and deployment. Monitoring performance against revenue, labour and guest satisfaction targets. Maintaining excellent food safety, licensing, health & safety and compliance standards. Supporting stock control, ordering, waste management and cost control. Coaching team members and supporting their ongoing development. Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations. Experience managing rotas, labour and budgets. Good commercial awareness and an understanding of revenue and cost control.
