The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. • You oversee day-to-day clinical service delivery, with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring effective deployment of staff and provision of a high quality, responsive, patient focused service., • You maintain ongoing dialogue with Consultant Radiologists on all clinical aspects of Imaging service delivery and support the Director of Clinical Services (DCS) in ensuring sessional use is maximised., • You support the DCS by attending meetings (minimum annual) with Radiologists to discuss clinical and operational issues., • You build and maintain excellent multi-disciplinary consultant relations, ensuring clinical service delivery meets clinical requirements., • You monitor all revenue capture procedures and ensure that charges are completed, checked and dispatched in a timely manner., • You conduct radiographic examinations as an autonomous practitioner and as part of a multi professional team in line with professional & departmental standards., • You work with the RPA and the DCS to ensure the imaging department complies with all statutory regulations., • You comply with all relevant mandatory training., • Experience working in an acute hospital setting in a Senior Radiography post or equivalent., • 3 years experience in MRI essential with CT experience desirable., • Experience with GE MRI scanners essential., • Experience of customer care, including interacting with challenging customers and situations., • A Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography., • A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a multi-modality imaging department., • A wide general radiographic background with expertise in one or more specialised areas., • Knowledge of the healthcare service sector and the systems and processes used., • Aware of College of Radiographers and HCPC Code of Conduct / Accountability., • Knowledge of IRMER and IRR17 Regulations. Aftersales Manager Renault Enfield (EN1) £52,000 pa basic salary + OTE £65,000 pa + Car Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our Service and Parts operation at Renault Enfield. This is a significant management opportunity within one of our established London dealerships, overseeing a sizeable Aftersales operation that supports retail, fleet, and commercial vehicle customers. This opportunity has arisen due to the planned retirement of a member of our management team following 14 years of service with Renault Retail Group. While we continue to celebrate their contribution to the business, we are also looking forward to welcoming their successor and supporting them as they take forward this established and successful Aftersales operation. You’ll be responsible for the performance, profitability, customer experience, and day-to-day leadership of both the Service and Parts departments, working closely with the Head of Business and wider management team to deliver strong operational results and excellent customer outcomes. The operation includes an established workshop consisting of Technicians, customer-facing Service Advisors, additional support staff, and a Parts Department, giving the successful candidate responsibility for a substantial Aftersales operation across Service and Parts. • Deliver Service and Parts budgets, profitability targets, and operational performance measures, • Lead, coach, and develop Service, Parts, and Workshop colleagues to maximise productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, • Monitor departmental KPIs, warranty performance, work in progress, stock management, and commercial activity to support strong business performance, • Maintain manufacturer standards, audit readiness, Health & Safety compliance, and Renault Retail Group operating procedures, • Support customer retention, complaint resolution, and overall customer experience across all Aftersales activities, • Work closely with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement and departmental growth We’re keen to hear from candidates with current or recent experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a franchised automotive dealership environment. You should have experience leading a workshop operation of 9 or more Technicians, alongside customer-facing Aftersales teams, and taking responsibility for profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction, and departmental performance. Strong commercial awareness, people-management skills, and the ability to coach and develop colleagues are essential. Experience managing Parts operations alongside Service would be advantageous, although applicants will principally be assessed on the scale, performance, and leadership of their Service operation. Familiarity with CDK Drive, Kerridge, Keyloop, ADP Autoline, or similar dealer management systems would be advantageous. A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role. Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break. 45 hours per week. As a member of the dealership leadership team, occasional additional support may be required to assist operational requirements, including Saturday morning cover during periods of annual leave or unforeseen staff absence. Basic salary is £52,000 pa, with an OTE of £65,000 pa that is achievable and regularly reached, plus access to Renault Retail Group's vehicle schemes.
