Promote inclusion, equality, and respect for diversity across the school. Requirements: Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting. Experience supporting students with SEND is essential. A valid DBS on the Update Service or have one in progress Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A clear understanding of how to support students with a variety of SEND needs, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. A positive and professional attitude towards inclusive education. An ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a dynamic school environment.
