Required Qualifications and Skills • Experience in bid coordination, proposal development, sales support, project coordination, or a similar client-facing support role, ideally in a B2B or technical environment., • Experience in the solar, storage, or broader energy/engineering sector is an asset but not essential., • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience., • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical and commercial inputs into clear, professional proposal content., • Highly organized and methodical, with strong attention to detail, document control, and deadline management., • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent bids or projects., • Proficient with MS Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); experience with CRM and/or tender management tools is an advantage., • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business with evolving processes., • Ability to travel occasionally within North America, if required for internal or client meetings.
