Title: Account Executive - Modular Booths & Workspace Solutions Office Location: Shoreditch / Clerkenwell, London Working environment: Primarily office based remote policy is 4 days in office, 1 day remote Package: £40,000 + Quarterly Uncapped Bonus (70% on revenue & 30% on KPIs) Year 1 OTE £70,000+ Responsibilities: • Great opportunity for a talented sales professional to join an international furniture and design company specializing in workspace fit-outs and made-to-order furnishings., • They design and deliver modular booths and workspace solutions that inspire deep focus, real collaboration, and more productive work—across North America, the UK, and Australia., • You will manage and convert the inbound lead funnel for SMB (1 - 99 employees) and Mid-Market (100 - 999 employees) for the direct channel selling to commercial office end user prospects, • They are a lean team; you will need to think like an owner and work across multiple teams to rally towards our ambitious growth goals., • You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’re confident in making data-driven decisions and driving alignment between key stakeholders. In this role you will work collaboratively within a team who manage the day-to-day sales both physically and online., • One of the key responsibilities include developing and nurturing relationships with our new and old clients., • Quickly respond to inbound leads, qualify their needs, and provide tailored solutions ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each lead, • Develop and focus on strategies to maximize conversions, including customized pitches, effective follow-ups, and upselling opportunities, • Identifying and expand existing customers with growth potential through strategic sales, • Take accountability for personal and team goals., • Informally support and mentor peers., • Continually connect with clients and industry partners to ensure our solutions remain relevant and desirable in a changing market., • Act as an advocate for customers, influencing workplace decisions, and supporting solutions for their business., • Drive Sales and revenue growth. Maintaining customer relationships through nurturing current accounts and identifying prospects for further solutions, • Successfully defining customer needs, delivering solutions-based proposals and managing objections and concerns., • Closing sales opportunities with accurate documentation Requirements • Must have 2-5 years of experience in a commercial sales role / environment, • Ideally have a proven ability to work a high volume, with strong organisational skills, • Skilled at building rapport quickly with decision makers, • Comfortable with 30-45 days sales cycle, • High emotional intelligence, • A strong desire to create a successful career in sales., • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly., • Competitive nature, but also a collaborative team player., • Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels., • Customer Service background is a plus., • Face to face sales experience preferred., • Ability to manage multiple ongoing clients and meet the highest customer expectations Company: • Start up established ~5 years, • 50+ global employees, with ~5 in the UK, • London Showroom in Clerkenwell / Shoreditch, • USPs: good value, high quality and low price point better than competitors.
