Ability to produce shapes, styles and finishing ability. Experience of wet-shaving and beard grooming/shaping. SOFT SKILLS Confident communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a team and independently. Industry know-how and a passion for continuous learning. Time management, discipline and leadership capabilities.
