We are known for delivering high-quality nail services, maintaining excellent hygiene standards, and creating a welcoming and relaxing client experience. As part of our long-term strategy to expand our market reach and build our brand, we are looking to appoint a Business Development Executive to help drive business growth, develop partnerships, and strengthen our presence in the local and regional beauty industry. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of sales acumen, marketing insight, and industry knowledge to help identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and increase revenue streams for the salon. This is a key role that will support our expansion while maintaining our commitment to outstanding service and customer care. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the salon’s client base and market presence · Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the beauty, fashion, hospitality, and events sectors · Manage client and partner relationships, focusing on long-term engagement and mutual growth · Work closely with the salon management team to design and promote new services, packages, and promotional campaigns · Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for expansion · Assist in creating marketing materials, managing social media content, and promoting brand visibility · Represent Anna Nails at local networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to build the brand and generate leads · Track sales performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets · Provide insight and recommendations to the director and management team regarding business development strategies and opportunities · Support the director in shaping the long-term commercial strategy of Anna Nails Beauty Salon Ltd Qualifications & Experience: · Proven experience in a business development, sales, or marketing role (preferably within the beauty, hospitality, or retail sectors) · Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of beauty industry trends and customer expectations · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills · Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously · Proficiency in using CRM systems, marketing tools, and office software · Self-motivated and proactive, with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for growth · Willingness to attend local events and meetings to promote the brand and establish business connections Benefits: · 28 days paid annual leave (including public holidays) · Be part of a respected and expanding beauty brand in central Liverpool · Supportive working environment with opportunities for professional growth and long- term career progression · Play a key role in shaping the future of the business
