    Sous Chef – The Perry Hill Pub, Catford £15–£17 per hour + tronc Full-time / Permanent The Perry Hill is a busy independent pub in Catford, South East London, serving fresh, seasonal pub food alongside a strong events and functions business. We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This would suit someone who enjoys cooking with fresh ingredients, is confident leading a busy service, and wants to be part of a friendly, independent pub. The role You’ll work closely with the Head Chef across regular pub services, busy weekends, Sunday roasts, functions and events. You’ll help keep the kitchen organised, support the team and take charge when the Head Chef is away.
