National Account Manager – John Lewis - Berkshire £Competitive package & benefits We’re looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to join a market-lading consumer products business within the Small Domestic Appliances sector. Working closely with the Specialist Bricks & Clicks Channel Manager, you’ll take ownership of a major UK retail account (John Lewis) and play a pivotal role in driving both sell-in and sell-out performance, with full P&L responsibility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded account manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys building strong retail partnerships. What you’ll be doing • Owning and managing a top-tier national retail account, leading quarterly commercial planning cycles, • Delivering against sales targets while managing the full P&L, • Using insight and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and recommend actions, • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing teams, • Supporting best-in-class go-to-market strategies for new product launches, • Attending regular operational and performance review meetings to ensure execution excellence What we’re looking for • Proven Account Management experience with P&L ownership, ideally within a retail environment, • Experience managing key UK retailers, • Highly analytical, commercially curious, and confident working with data, • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated by results, • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills What’s on offer • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home), • Modern, collaborative office environment set in scenic surroundings, • On-site subsidised gym, team activities, and social spaces, • Weekly lunch allowance, • On-site parking and free shuttle bus from local train stations, • Private healthcare and dental options If you’re a driven Account Manager ready to take ownership of major retail relationships and make a real commercial impact, we’d love to hear from you.
