Well-organised with excellent attention to detail. Interest in administration, events, marketing or community engagement. Willingness to learn, take initiative and complete apprenticeship requirements. Ability to work positively within a team environment. And this will make you stand out from the crowd, but don't worry if you don't have this experience: Previous experience in administration or customer-facing roles. Familiarity with social media platforms or marketing tasks. Interest in supporting learners, education or community development.
