• Executive Search Consultant - 180 recruitment (GTM positions), • £40,000–£60,000 base + bonus, • Soho, London | Hybrid 3 days in-office 3Search's Executive Search team are hiring an experienced Consultant to lead on candidate delivery in a Researcher capacity. With an eye for detail, you'll run processes end-to-end and have full exposure to clients. You'll be more than "just a Researcher"; we want you front and centre, meeting clients and being able to take charge of meetings in the absence of a Partner. This is a newly created role to meet growing demand for executive-level search. If you’ve cut your teeth in 360 recruitment and want to move into retained, this is your chance to do it with experts. You'll work side-by-side with Partners to deliver on complex mandates and deepen our executive presence across GTM hiring.
