About You You are an experienced and passionate early years educator and assessor who: Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above Holds a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) Has proven experience supporting learners to successfully complete apprenticeship programmes Uses observations of practice and e-portfolio evidence to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and behaviours, providing targeted support to enable timely completion Is confident delivering face-to-face group training , primarily from our Training Academy, and occasionally from nurseries or training venues (including Winchester) Clearly communicates apprenticeship standards and how learners can meet them successfully Is a strong advocate for safeguarding , prioritising the wellbeing of children, learners, and colleagues at all times Enjoys collaborative working, contributing to standardisation meetings, course reviews, and quality improvement activity Works effectively with Functional Skills Tutors and supports exam invigilation where required Equality, Inclusion & Next Steps We are an inclusive employer and welcome applications from people of all ages and backgrounds.
