Their work changes the world, and we make it possible. The Opportunity T-SQUARED is looking for an experienced Digital Lead to take ownership of our digital presence and content strategy. This role is central to how we communicate our work, values, and future vision across all digital channels. You will act as the key point of contact between T-SQUARED and all marketing personnel, including website developers, designers, and external marketing partners. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, from content creation to campaign execution. Due to the nature of some client contracts, this role will require discretion, structured approval processes, and adherence to NDAs. Key Responsibilities · Lead the planning and delivery of digital content strategies aligned with T-SQUARED’s values and long-term business vision · Develop creative concepts and campaigns that support business growth and brand positioning · Ensure consistency of messaging across all digital platforms · Plan, create, edit, and manage content for websites, case studies, blogs, and digital campaigns · Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content where appropriate · Attend project sites when required to capture content (photography, video, or written insights) · Campaign Management · Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns to support business activity, projects, and announcements · Oversee blog strategy and content calendar · Ensure all campaigns are timely, relevant, and on-brand · Stakeholder & Partner Management · Act as the main digital point of contact for internal teams and external marketing partners · Liaise with website developers and marketing personnel to manage updates, improvements, and ongoing optimisation · Manage content approval workflows, including manager sign-off where contracts or NDAs apply · Ensure all published content meets brand, legal, and contractual requirements · Handle sensitive information appropriately and in line with NDA obligations What We Are Looking For · Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior digital, content, or marketing role · Proven experience planning and delivering digital content and campaigns · Strong writing, editing, and content management skills · Experience working with websites, CMS platforms, and email marketing tools · Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external partners · Strong understanding of brand alignment, messaging, and long-term business positioning · Experience working in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or technical industries · Experience creating or directing on-site content · Knowledge of analytics and performance reporting Working Pattern Part-time role: 24 hours per week Combination of office-based work and on-site visits as required Why Join T-SQUARED?
