Deputy Chief Executive Kingsteignton, Devon Shared Lives South West is an award-winning charity that provides long-term and short break care and support services throughout Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset. Were now looking for a senior-level finance and people professional to join us at a pivotal point in the role of Deputy Chief Executive. Summary As Deputy Chief Executive, youll operate across our organisation, overseeing the finance, people and core business functions, supporting sustainabilityand ensuring we deliver on our strategic priorities. In this key senior leadership role, you will deputise and cover for the Chief Executive, ensuring strong governance, financial stewardship and a values-led, people-centred culture. Youll be experienced within leadership or executive roles with a strong background in finance and a grounding in HR, leadership or a related discipline. With organisational finance expertise, youll have experience in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting, as well as experience working with boards or trustees.
