Who we are looking for A Transfer Agency specialist, at Associate 2 level to join our Transfer Agency team. You will be responsible for collecting and processing data, providing excellent customer service and abiding by strict data quality processes. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, predominantly working within the office environment. What you will be responsible for You'll be working within the UK Transfer Agency department. You will be accurately delivering high quality service both internally and externally by incorporating experience and procedural knowledge in the daily workflow: You will be part of a larger team operating our Transfer Agency team in the UK. You will contribute towards all BAU processes within the team. Execute daily operational tasks such as investor onboarding, deal input, register updates, investor servicing, payments, controls and handling investor contact. Maintain risk awareness, assessment and control within the department Communicate relevant information as appropriate up and down the line and escalate where necessary. Work closely with the other departments within State Street locally and regional Transfer Agency Units. Act as an effective team player. Identify process efficiencies. Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis. Build and maintain internal network of contacts to exercise due care and diligence, ensuring the areas the role is responsible for are organised and controlled; To comply with the regulatory regimes in which State Street operates, with particular consideration given to relevant AML-KYC, Client Asset (CASS), Conduct of Business, COLL, Dispute Resolution, Data Protection and Financial Crime Prevention regulations, as appropriate to the above role. Strong attention to detail and time management skills Education & Preferred Qualifications/experience Aptitude to learn all processes that must adhere to the Anti-Money Laundering regulations and the current regulatory environment. Aptitude to learn and complete investor onboarding (AML/KYC) and ongoing due diligence. A sound working knowledge of the regulatory environment surrounding AML/KYC and investor onboarding is desired. IOC is desirable, or a willingness to complete Understanding of regulatory complaint handling requirements. Good working knowledge of MS Office suite, especially an advanced level of Excel Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English Display thorough understanding of the following key tasks and the related regulatory rules:- Dealing Settlements Investor Servicing Registration Understanding of procedural, technical and product requirements within Transfer Agency business. Strong administrative and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure. Good working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong written & verbal communication skills Good organisational, planning and co-ordination skills.
