Job Overview The Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in delivering high-volume, high-quality recruitment across our care homes in the Northeast and East Midlands regions. Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting hiring managers to attract and retain exceptional care professionals. This is a fast-paced, operationally focused role requiring strong stakeholder management, compliance awareness, and a proactive sourcing approach. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment across care and operational roles, • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and community outreach, • Partner closely with Home Managers and Regional Teams to understand workforce needs, • Ensure all recruitment activity meets regulatory and safer recruitment standards, • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, • Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and retention trends, • Support onboarding processes in collaboration with HR and Compliance teams, • Strengthen employer brand presence across LinkedIn and relevant platforms, • Support workforce planning initiatives aligned to organisational growth About You • Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally within healthcare, social care or regulated sectors, • Strong understanding of safer recruitment and compliance requirements, • Confident managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, • Commercially aware with strong organisational capability, • Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused Requirements • Previous experience recruiting within care, healthcare or similar regulated environments, • Understanding of DBS, right-to-work checks and employment compliance, • Full UK driving licence desirable, • Strong IT and systems capability Package and Benefits • Competitive salary, • Performance-related bonus opportunity, • Career development within a growing organisation, • Supportive, collaborative People Team, • Opportunity to contribute to workforce transformation initiatives
