Paralegal - Personal Injury - Bournemouth We’re looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Paralegal to join our Personal Injury team in Bournemouth. This is a rewarding opportunity to support clients who have suffered life-changing injuries, helping them access rehabilitation and secure the compensation they deserve. About the Role As a Paralegal in our Personal Injury team, you’ll support fee earners on a range of clinical negligence and personal injury claims. You’ll play a key role in managing files, preparing evidence, and maintaining clear communication with clients and third parties. This is a varied and hands-on role where your attention to detail, organisation, and client-focused approach will make a real difference. Your Responsibilities Will Include: • Supporting the management of clinical negligence and personal injury cases., • Opening files, preparing retainer documents, and maintaining accurate file management., • Ensuring key deadlines are tracked and met., • Obtaining and reviewing medical records and evidence relating to financial losses., • Preparing bundles and assisting with evidence collation., • Drafting legal documents, including letters of instruction, witness statements, and court documents., • Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and other third parties., • Keeping clients regularly updated and managing expectations with sensitivity and professionalism., • Conducting legal research on liability, quantum, and procedure., • Supporting fee earners and contributing to overall team performance and KPIs., • Responding to new client enquiries and supporting business development activity., • Ensuring compliance with firm-wide procedures and regulatory requirements., • Keeping up to date with legal developments and best practice. What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment (personal injury experience desirable)., • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail., • Strong communication and client-handling skills, with a compassionate approach., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment., • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems., • Analytical and proactive, with a willingness to learn and develop., • A collaborative team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude., • Professional, discreet, and committed to delivering high levels of client service.
