Hours: 20+ hours per week (flexible shifts available)
Location: The Ship at Elswick, High Street, Preston, PR4 3ZB
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring hygiene standards are met
Supporting the head chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Assisting with stock control and minimizing food waste
Following food safety regulations and kitchen protocols What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience working as a chef in a busy kitchen, preferably in a pub or restaurant
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team
A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to adapt to different kitchen environments
