As our Fabric Production Manager, you will manage the daily requirements of the fabrics manufacturing department. The successful candidate will have a proven track recorded managing a technical and quality focused manufacturing fabric plant and will be able to show detailed knowledge in this area. Assess the machinery with the maintenance department to ensure correct operation. Essential Criteria: Experience of implementing lean management and managing change. Experience with Stenters and/or coating Machines Previous experience in a Supervisory/Managerial role. Evidence of strong analytical skills. You will have a proven track recorded managing a technical and quality focused manufacturing fabric plant and will be able to show detailed knowledge in fabrics/textiles.
