Were problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of project financial performance, monitoring budgets, producing detailed cost reports, forecasting cash flow, and identifying any areas of potential loss. Youll lead the full procurement and subcontractor management process, from analysing tenders and appointing subcontractors to overseeing their accounts, valuations, and payments. You will also manage all aspects of contract administration, including preparing and negotiating contracts, and handling variations, claims, and disputes. Youll be responsible for delivering accurate monthly cost/value reconciliations (CVRs) to senior management while ensuring full compliance with industry and regulatory standards. In this senior role, you will also provide leadership and mentoring to junior quantity surveyors, offering guidance, support, and acting as a role model across the commercial team.
