You will also manage all aspects of contract administration, including preparing and negotiating contracts, and handling variations, claims, and disputes. Youll be responsible for delivering accurate monthly cost/value reconciliations (CVRs) to senior management while ensuring full compliance with industry and regulatory standards. In this senior role, you will also provide leadership and mentoring to junior quantity surveyors, offering guidance, support, and acting as a role model across the commercial team.
