In this role, you will: • Work with selected pupils outside of the classroom situation, including those excluded from or not working to a normal timetable., • You will develop 1:1 mentoring arrangements with pupils to help them agree on plans and targets to move forward., • You will provide information and advice to enable pupils to make choices about their own learning, behaviour, and attendance., • You will also provide support to pupils to enhance their emotional health and well-being (EHWB)., • You will also involve helping pupils to follow individual Education Plans where appropriate, as well as assisting in organising and running small group interventions such as circle time.
