TECHNICAL SHOPFLOOR SUPPORT ENGINEER • £36.00 per hour (Umbrella), • Premium overtime rates available, • On-site in Broughton – 35-hour week, • Initial contract until November 2026, • BPSS clearance eligibility required ABOUT THE CLIENT Our client is a global leader in aerospace manufacturing, delivering some of the most advanced aircraft in the world. Their Broughton facility plays a key role in this success, and due to continued growth, they are seeking a Technical Shopfloor Support Engineer to join their production team. THE ROLE As a Technical Shopfloor Support Engineer, you will provide direct technical support to production teams, helping to resolve issues, reduce non-conformances, and drive operational excellence. You’ll act as the link between operators, first-line managers, and engineering functions, ensuring product quality and safety while enabling continuous improvement across shopfloor operations. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Support production teams in identifying, analysing, and resolving technical issues, • Provide an end-to-end perspective on shopfloor processes within the Production Team, • Drive non-conformance reduction activities and ensure customer focus/product safety, • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, • Work Order Management, • Capacity Management ESSENTIAL SKILLS • HNC qualification desirable, • Proven manufacturing engineering experience within a regulated environment, • Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive with a commitment to continuous improvement, • Work Order Management experience, • Experience supporting EH&S on the shopfloor/lineside, • SAP experience desirable TO BE CONSIDERED Please either apply through this advert or send your CV directly to .
