Clinical / Counselling Psychologist (Band 7–8a) – Trauma & PTSD Services Location: Ipswich / Norwich / Hybrid Working Salary: Band 7: £50,273 – £54,710 per annum - Band 8a: From £55,690 per annum Contract: Fixed-term (2 years) Hours: Full-time or 0.8 WTE (4 days per week) Sanctuary Personnel are recruiting for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist (Band 7–8a) to join a specialist trauma and PTSD psychology service supporting police officers and first responders. This is a well-established service known for its strong clinical governance, excellent leadership, and commitment to staff wellbeing. The service is open to newly qualified psychologists as well as experienced clinicians. A genuine interest in trauma-focused work and a desire to develop specialist skills is valued over extensive prior experience.
