Department: Legal Location: Bolton Description This role offers an excellent opportunity to investigate files from a strategic standpoint and help to implement future credit hire strategies. The role of the File Handler assistant is to take responsibility for reviewing viability and if appropriate issuing pre-action disclosure applications at Court and handling the claims to their conclusion.
