Health Care Assistant / Phlebotomist.

Audiologist Part-Time (3 or 4 Days per Week with Flexibility to Increase) Location: Winnersh & Wokingham Clinics Salary: From 40000 Pro Rata Commission Benefits Im currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established patient-focused hearing care provider operating across the Winnersh and Wokingham areas. This role would suit a motivated Audiologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional personalised care and is looking for a supportive flexible working environment. Why This Role Youll be joining a highly experienced empathetic and forward-thinking audiology service led by a clinician with over 17 years of industry expertise. The clinic is built on the foundations of giving patients time care and genuine ongoing supportfar removed from the time-pressured environments many Audiologists experience. Youll work with a fully equipped clinic modern technology and a remote administrator who manages bookings pre-qualification and patient queriesallowing you to focus entirely on clinical excellence.The Role • Position: Audiologist, • Working Pattern: 3 days per week (with options to increase to 45 days or work 4 longer days including weekends), • Typical Hours: 09:0017:30 (1-hour lunch) or 09:0017:00 (30-minute lunch), • Locations: Winnersh (main clinic) plus Wokingham as requiredYour day will be a varied mix of:, • Hearing tests (1.5-hour appointments including demos), • Wax removal (2530 minutes per appointment), • Aftercare and ongoing patient support, • Occasional outreach/referral activityYoull work with diagnostic tools such as audiometers video otoscope REM QuickSIN and tympanometrywith training available if required.What Youll Need, • Minimum 2 years experience as an Audiologist (private experience preferred), • RHAD qualification, • Wax removal experience (microsuction & irrigation), • Microsuction: minimum 2 years experience, • Irrigation training can be provided, • Strong communication and people skills, • 50 (one ear), • 70 (both ears), • 30 appointment fee if no wax presentSalary Commission & Benefits, • Salary: from 40000 pro rata (dependent on qualification), • Commission structure:, • 10k20k 5%, • 20k30k 10%, • 30k 15%, • Benefits include:, • 25 days holiday bank holidays, • Flexible working options, • Pension, • Death in service (400k), • Company sick pay, • Discounts & rewards programme, • CPD: in-house manufacturer and commercial training, • Personable friendly and empathetic, • A clear confident communicator, • Dedicated to long-term patient care, • Interested in helping grow the business (not essential but welcomed), • Looking for a supportive and rewarding clinical environmentIf youre an Audiologist looking for a role where you can truly take your time with patients work with clinical freedom and be part of a caring and growing service Id love to speak with you.
