Weekend availability essential Tuesday-Thursday until 1am, Friday/Saturday until 2am. Sundays/Mondays off. RATE - Minimum of £16.5/hr (including tronc/gratuity). Staff typically receive anywhere between £1- £2.5/hr on top of their minimum.
