SCA Care is seeking an exceptional Service Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across our Home Care, Live-in Care, Extra Care, and Specialist Care services ensuring every person we support receives compassionate, person-centred care that truly makes a difference. As Service Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of care across our services. You will lead and inspire a team of coordinators, care staff, and support workers, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently met. Your core responsibilities will include: Providing strategic and operational leadership across all care service areas Ensuring all services are delivered in line with CQC requirements, regulatory standards, and organisational policies Leading, motivating, and developing a skilled team of care coordinators and frontline staff Overseeing care quality, safeguarding practices, and risk management across all services Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners Driving service improvement initiatives and contributing to organisational growth and development Managing budgets, resources, and performance targets in collaboration with the senior leadership team Supporting the recruitment, supervision, and professional development of staff at all levels Providing on-call leadership support as part of a rota to ensure 24/7 responsiveness Producing accurate management information, reports, and outcome data for trustees and senior stakeholders What Were Looking For Youll be an experienced and confident leader who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment, with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care and a track record of driving quality improvement.
