HR & Compliance Manager Location: Greater Manchester Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE Working Pattern: Full-time | Hybrid working available after probation Ashley Kate are pleased to be supporting our client in the search for an experienced HR & Compliance Manager to join a growing organisation, this position offers the opportunity to take full ownership of HR operations and compliance activities, ensuring effective people management, strong governance, and audit-ready processes across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation Oversee company compliance, accreditations, and audit documentation Support internal and external audits and ensure records remain up to date Monitor staff training, certifications, and compliance requirements Coordinate learning and development, apprenticeships, and training programmes Work closely with senior leadership to improve systems, processes, and reporting About You HR generalist experience, ideally within a standalone role Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law Experience supporting audits, accreditations, or governance processes Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident working independently and partnering with senior stakeholders What's on Offer Salary up to £50,000 Hybrid working after probation Opportunity to shape HR and compliance within a growing business Supportive leadership team and varied role scopeIf you are looking for a broad HR role where you can make a real impact and take ownership of both people and compliance functions, please contact Alice or Cam on (phone number removed).
