Communication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact for all availability and booking enquiries from both candidates and clients. Compliance Management: Ensure all candidates meet required compliance standards, including DBS checks, right-to-work documentation, and training certifications. Administrative Support: Update spreadsheets, manage diaries, and assist with general office administration to support the recruitment process.
