As part of this growth, they’re now looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Asbestos Surveyor to join their asbestos surveying team. This role would suit an Asbestos Surveyor with a strong background in commercial asbestos surveys who is looking for a stable, long-term position. The work is predominantly commercial and industrial asbestos surveying, with a consistent workload across Essex and London. You’ll be responsible for completing Management Surveys and Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys in line with HSG264 guidance, producing high-quality asbestos survey reports and supporting clients across a range of sectors. Autocad capability is also essential. The firm work mainly in the residential sector, although projects are very varied, ranging from small extensions up to larger scale apartment developments up to £20m in value. The office environment is very relaxed, they have very low staff turnover.
