Responsibilities and Duties: ● As the UK market manager, develop and implement growth plans based on the company's strategic objectives. Develop and execute the UK go-to-market strategy to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. ● Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (pop-up events, press, content, PR, and partnerships). ● Oversee pop-up activations and new store openings, ensuring traffic, revenue, and brand loyalty targets are met. Align all promotional activities with the company’s business model and performance goals. ● Analyze user profiles and market behavior to refine acquisition and retention strategies. Manage user acquisition funnels and optimize customer experience across touchpoints. ● Maintain a customer management system (CRM) to enhance loyalty and lifetime value. ● Manage the marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI and cost efficiency. Monitor and report key performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI, engagement) and translate insights into actionable improvements. Requirements: • Extensive local network in the UK and commitment to long-term regional development. Experience in pop-up/offline events is a must., • Excellent English language skills and familiarity with UK market trends and culture., • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated learner, team player with innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to tasks., • Outstanding business analysis, comprehension, and logical thinking skills. Mature experience in merchant marketing systems and methodologies., • Experience in launching new projects (0 to 1) and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in marketing and performance management., • 2-5 years of marketing experience, including at least 1-2 years in a managerial or regional role., • Proven experience in market entry or brand building within the UK or similar mature markets.
