The company operates as both a professional nail salon and a beauty product retailer, with a growing focus on press-on nail box products designed for convenient at-home use. The BDE will be responsible for expanding brand awareness, increasing customer engagement across key social media platforms, and converting online traffic into both salon bookings and product sales. A core responsibility of the role will be to grow the company’s digital audience across priority platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google, where the company currently maintains an early-stage presence. The Business Development Executive will implement structured marketing strategies to increase followers, engagement, and online visibility while promoting both nail services and press-on nail products. In addition to digital marketing, the role will also involve identifying commercial opportunities to expand the distribution of press-on nail box products through partnerships with local beauty salons, hair salons, and retail outlets. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities to increase revenue from both salon services and press-on nail box product sales., • Build partnerships with local salons, beauty businesses, and retail outlets to support the distribution of press-on nail products., • Develop promotional initiatives that link salon services with retail product offerings to increase overall customer spending., • Manage the lifecycle of new business opportunities, from initial contact and proposal development to partnership establishment and relationship management., • Develop and implement structured digital marketing strategies to grow the company’s audience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google., • Create and coordinate visual marketing content showcasing nail designs, salon services, tutorials, and press-on nail box products., • Manage the company’s social media posting schedule and ensure consistent, engaging content across platforms., • Monitor social media analytics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion performance., • Implement marketing initiatives designed to increase followers and engagement across all platforms, with specific growth targets aligned with the company’s business plan., • Strengthen the brand identity of Luxxnailsbar Ltd as both a professional nail salon and a beauty product supplier., • Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, enquiries, and customer feedback across digital platforms., • Encourage and manage customer reviews to strengthen the company’s online reputation., • Collaborate with influencers, local content creators, or community partners to expand brand visibility., • Promote the company’s press-on nail box products through digital marketing campaigns and product demonstrations., • Develop partnerships with local beauty businesses and retail outlets interested in stocking press-on nail products., • Identify opportunities to expand the company’s retail product distribution channels., • Work closely with salon staff and management to ensure marketing activities align with operational capacity and customer demand., • Coordinate marketing campaigns with promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches., • Track business development performance metrics and prepare regular reports to support management decision-making., • Support the company’s long-term growth strategy by identifying opportunities for business expansion and brand development. Skills, Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field., • English language proficiency at B2 level or above (CEFR), with strong written and verbal communication skills., • Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or commercial growth roles., • Strong understanding of social media marketing platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook., • Experience developing digital marketing campaigns and growing online audiences is highly desirable., • Knowledge of e-commerce or online product sales would be advantageous., • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media analytics, marketing performance, and sales data., • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously., • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and operational teams., • Commercially focused, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
