Full time staff are responsible for 4 classes and Curriculum Plus (one to one support sessions for students, small group work, revision sessions etc). The structure of the timetable for 26/27 allows for homeworking on most Wednesdays between September and March. From March onwards Wednesdays are utilised for on-site revision sessions/exam preparations. Where possible, we can timetable flexibly for staff who may need to be on-site later or leave site earlier to accommodate the school run etc., adjusting the FTE appropriately.
