THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS As Supervisor you will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day team tasks for your region enabling the timely processing of invoices and payments. You will act as a point of escalation for queries and be asked to deliver more complicated tasks and resolve more complex issues. Invoice Processing & Documentation Ensure the review and accurate coding of supplier invoices in the finance system. Ensure proper approvals are obtained in line with company delegation of authority. Ensure that invoices are matched to purchase orders or other supporting records where applicable. Maintain digital and physical AP records in accordance with audit standards. Support audit requests as needed. Payments & Reconciliation Support the delivery of weekly and monthly payment runs across multiple European jurisdictions. Ensuring the timely reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Monitor aged payables and escalate overdue invoices or critical vendor issues. Vendor & Internal Stakeholder Support Act as a point of contact for suppliers regarding invoice status, payments, and queries. Act as point of escalation for region. Support hotel finance teams and central functions with AP‑related information, clarifications, and month‑end requirements. Ensure new supplier setup is completed with full compliance checks (bank validation, tax documentation, etc.) Month-End & Reporting Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and AP ledger reviews. Ensure all AP activities comply with internal financial controls, procurement guidelines, and local statutory requirements (e.g., VAT, invoice content rules).
