Fit-Out Project Manager Derby, Derbyshire Contract: Fixed-term (6 months, potential extension) Salary: £80,000 (pro rata) Fit-Out Project Manager required to deliver a warehouse / distribution centre fit-out, from planning through to operational handover. Working across a logistics or industrial environment, managing contractors, design teams, and systems providers. Key Responsibilities • Deliver end-to-end warehouse or logistics fit-out project, • Manage timelines, budgets, and project milestones, • Coordinate contractors, design teams, and third-party vendors, • Oversee installation of racking, MHE, lighting, and safety systems, • Support WMS implementation and warehouse automation (e.g. conveyors, scanning systems), • Ensure quality, compliance, and health & safety standards on site, • Act as main point of contact for stakeholders Requirements • Experience delivering fit-outs, • Experience managing contractors and multiple workstreams, • Familiarity with WMS and automation systems, • Good stakeholder management and communication skills Desirable • Background in e-commerce, retail, or 3PL, • PRINCE2, PMP or similar Please search "Facilities Management Recruitment" for more of our roles.

The Role We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team, supporting our focus on FMCG branding (80% of our work) and exhibition design projects. You'll be creating compelling visual content across multiple touchpoints while working closely with our Creative Director and established team. This is a hybrid role and travelling to and working from our studio in DERBY UK is a requirement for half the week. Key Responsibilities: Develop packaging designs for FMCG brands, from concept to final artwork Design engaging Point of Sale for client campaigns Create DTC and B2B advertising campaigns for printed publications Design newsletters, brochures, and marketing collateral Support brand development projects with consistent visual identity Collaborate on exhibition design materials and promotional assets Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and Penn Creative's quality standards Essential Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio demonstrating web graphics, packaging design, and print materials Understanding of design principles for both digital and print media Experience with FMCG packaging design preferred Ability to work efficiently within project timelines Strong attention to detail and quality standards Highly Advantageous: Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign CC 2026 Experience with Figma Knowledge of Klaviyo flows and automation sequences Familiarity with e-commerce design requirements • Understanding of digital marketing principles
