Maintenance Engineer Full-Time | On-site, Manchester Driver's License Mandatory Salary Range: £26,000–£35,000, depending on experience. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Manager to join our growing team. About the Role: This full-time role offers the opportunity to take ownership of maintenance operations across our portfolio of luxury and ultra-luxury aparthotel and residential properties. You will ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standard, oversee repair and refurbishment projects, and manage contractors to deliver seamless property performance. What You Will Do: · Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple properties. · Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers. · Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance programs. · Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, guests, and staff. · Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, invoices, and procurement of materials. · Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards. · Provide regular reports to leadership on maintenance activities, costs, and performance. · Support refurbishment and fit-out projects as required. What You’ll Bring: · Must have a driver’s license and be comfortable driving a van around the city centre (Mandatory). · Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to manage a team and coordinate contractors effectively. · Proactive and “can-do” attitude. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. · Comfortable with being able to learn new tech systems. Nice to Have: · Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or building services. · Experience managing luxury or high-end residential/aparthotel properties. · Knowledge of UK health and safety, building regulations, and compliance standards. · Experience working in fast-paced or start-up environments.
