The Opportunity We are looking for a HSE Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will support the SHE leadership team in day-to-day HSE related administration, and coordination of the HSE department and its activities. How you will make an impact • Provide general administrative support to the HSE Director and wider HSE Team., • Handle incoming HSE enquiries and liaise with external stakeholders where required, • Support the scheduling of internal/external meetings and keep a record of meeting minutes and distribution., • Assist in the preparation, filing and organisation of safety related documentation, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive safety related information., • Assist in preparation of HSE related presentations and achieving HSE reporting deadlines., • Assist in the organising, tracking and completion of Active Monitoring, Workplace Monitoring and Life Saving Rule Inspection activities/records., • Maintain HSE team’s channel on Microsoft TEAMS., • Distribute correspondence and internal HSE communications., • Support with HSE campaigns and initiatives, procedure review / updates and in the preparation of external audits, • Support with Prequalification Questionnaires and ASSURE and SYPOL tasks when required, • Facilitate the SHE team’s use of HSE digital systems, • Ensure timely delivery of project work, tracking actions of the wider team and compliance., • Complete project work including PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, reports and agenda material. What you will bring Essential • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and data, • Professional in approach to dealing with issues and employees., • Appreciation of confidentiality and discretion, • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work as part of a team and meet deadlines, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, • Excellent information sharing ability and able to adapt to audience Desirable • Good level of understanding and knowledge of HSE legislation and codes of practice., • Demonstrable understanding of SharePoint / online management system software / action tracking, • Experience in HSE or construction / heavy industry related environment, • Experience of dealing with HSE management systems and processes, • Health and Safety coursework or qualification Why KAEFER?
