Location: Birmingham B1 The role: Full-Time | On-Site Salary: £25,000 PLUS Performance Based Incentives Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm Immediate Start Available (or within 4 weeks of the offer) What you’ll be doing As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you’ll receive structured training and daily support while learning how to: • Approach and engage potential customers confidently, • Learn product knowledge and communicate it clearly, • Build rapport and develop strong people skills, • Work towards individual and team performance targets, • Improve communication through real-world experience This is a practical, entry-level role designed to help you develop transferable skills and start a long-term career in sales.
